1/2 lb. ground pork
2 slices white or sourdough bread
4 tbsp. finely minced onion
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, finely minced
1/4 cup fresh grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
After the bread has soaked for 5 minutes or so, break it all up with the back of the fork until there are no large pieces of bread left.
